- General Provisions
1.1. All the terms and conditions (hereinafter referred as Terms) govern your access for using our applications, direct/indirect booking channels, websites, web portals, Apps, any other platforms which are connected/sold/distributed directly or indirectly, through distributors, Corporate clients, agents, sub agents and any other business entities.
1.2. By registering, using, accessing, viewing our website or any other applications or in any other way and / or by booking, you acknowledge and agree that you have read and understood these Terms, and you agree to follow them. If you do not agree to any of these Terms, then you may not access or avail any business or commence any relationship with our entity including for dealing/selling/marketing of any of our products or services. Should you not agree to any of these Terms, you are required to immediately cease/stop any further access/usage forthwith without exception. However, should you continue the access/usage the same shall be deemed as unconditional agreement/adherence to the Terms.
1.3. 91AirportAssist will not be liable for any loss or damage that may be suffered by a user of its products/services, directly or indirectly, as a result of purchasing the Service through the Website. All complaints, claims, disputes, concerns and issues, regarding the Service at a particular airport, will need to be taken up directly with the respective Service Provider. 91AirportAssist shall in no manner be responsible for the same. Users are hereby notified that 91AirportAssist is merely a introducer/facilitator and the user of any Service shall be construed to be entering into dealings directly with the concerned Service Provider with no responsibility/liability attributable to or upon 91AirportAssist or its concerned personnel. However, 91AirportAssist may assist users in communicating with the respective Service Providers through email.
1.3. The following definitions are applied in these Terms:
- You / User(s) – the person or persons, booking the Airport Services/ Transit Hotel and other services through the 91AirportAssist.com or any other Applications, websites or web portals of our company.
- 91AirportAssist. (91AirportAssist.com) is an online booking system (websites, Apps & other applications, tools, platforms and / or other devices), through which users can book various Airport Services.
- Airport Services refer to various airport services (Including but not limited to services like guest facilitation, Meet and Greet services, Transit Hotel, lounge, porter service, wheel chair service, business lounge, Fast-track and similar Airport Services which comes under airport services) or any other services provided by Service Providers, which you may book using 91AirportAssist website, web portal, App, direct or indirect channels such as telephone/email communication, etc.
- Service Provider(s) – a service provider directly or indirectly introduced through us or with any airport operators or authorities.
- Information About Airport Services or IAAS– the conditions basis which/ according to which the concerned Airport Service provided by the Service Providers, are availed, booked, provided, or cancelled, denied to the User, including terms of repayments, etc.
- Payment operator is a payment service/gateway made available by authorised entities such as banks and / or financial institutions, fintech companies, etc, intended for facilitating/ settling payments between individuals, legal entities and / or individual entrepreneurs, etc over the Internet by using devices such as personal computers, smartphones and / or other mobile devices, through which Users may make or receive payments towards Airport Services.
- Booking Reference or ID is a unique code / booking reference / bar code / numeric and alphabetic / QR code that confirms the booking of the Airport Services by the User through the 91AirportAssist.com and grants the User the right to avail/receive the Airport Services according to the IAAS.
- Booking Airport Services
- 91AirportAssist reserves the right to accept or decline or cancel any bookings/service done through website / portal / telephone / email / other applications or any other source directly or indirectly request without assigning any reasons.
- Once the booking is made it may be upgraded to a higher level package or service but cannot be downgraded.
- Bookings made within 8hrs to 24hrs prior to service time will be subject to levy of an additional surcharge of Rs 250/- to Rs.1500/- for domestic (India) travel and Rs. 1000/- to Rs. 2500/- for International (outside India) travel over and above the booking amount. Surcharges depend on the nature and availability of the Airport Service booked and varies from Airport to Airport. The final surcharge will be levied as determined by 91Airport Assist in exercise of its discretion on a case-to-case basis which shall be final.
- Bookings made within 8hrs to 24hrs prior to the service time are subject to availability of slots at airports & 91Airportassist will check and confirm the availability of slots. 91Airportassist shall not be responsible for the refusal of any of the services.
- Booking once made in the name of a particular person, no changes/modifications are permitted.
- Services for a Child travelling alone shall be charged at par as an adult fare and no child discount shall apply. Child discount is available if and only if the child is travelling along with a parent/guardian.
2.1. Airport Services can be booked only by Users who are registered with 91AirportAssist.com or in terms of any other written contracts with 91AirportAssist.com, for which Users must provide valid personal data requested (such as full name, telephone/Mobile number and email address and other details) for identification of the User. Registration in our services results in creation of a distinct registered personal user account (“RPA”) for each User that enables identification of the User for access and booking of Airport Services through91AirportAssist.com.
2.2. Usage of a RPA for booking Airport Services by a person other than the registered User is strictly prohibited. You acknowledge and agree that if You permit any person, to use your personal user account or whose personal data has been provided using RPA on 91AirportAssist (login and password) to buy our products/services, in such cases 91AirportAssist and its personnel shall be entitled to assume such usage on Your behalf, and You shall remain fully responsible for any actions (including the booking/cancellation or rescheduling of the Services and payment), payments, etc in respect of acts performed by such a person using Your RPA.
2.3. By booking any Services through the 91AirportAssist website / portal / any other applications / or direct/indirect telephone / email or any other source, the concerned User enters into direct (legally binding) contractual relations with the Service Provider, whose services he or she has booked without any recourse howsoever/whatsoever to91AirportAssist. You understand and acknowledge that 91AirportAssist and its personnel act solely as a facilitator/an intermediary between the User and the Service Provider, merely enabling the interaction between the User and the Service Provider enabling the User’s booking of the appropriate service from the concerned Service Provider directly between them on terms that they may have agreed to. 91AirportAssist merely facilitates/transfers/communicates the booking confirmation (Booking ID) to the User as conveyed by the concerned Service Provider through 91AirportAssist to the concerned User. Similarly, 91AirportAssist facilitates payment acceptance (through the concerned Payment Operator) towards payments in relation to the Airport Services. You agree and are fully acknowledge that under no circumstances, 91AIRPORTASSIST is shall be construed as a party to any agreement between You and any Service Provider for availing and provision of the Airport Services availed by You from any Service Provider which shall remain a contractual relationship only between You and the concerned Service Provider.
2.4. The rules for booking and availing Airport Services are available for review on the website of 91AirportAssist.com in the Information About Airport Services. IAAS vary from airport to airport and Service Provider to Service Provider and parity is not assured. Hence, you are required to review the IAAS as applicable to an airport/Service Provider depending upon Your destination before proceeding to book any Services. If you do not agree with any of these rules for booking and providing Airport Services, you may not book any Airport Services or other services mentioned in 91AirportAssist website. If you still proceed to book any services, You will be assumed to have unconditionally agreed to all applicable rules of booking and provision of the services.
2.5. Any Information about Airport Services provided or published on the 91AirportAssist website / portal/ App or any other communication channel direct or indirect regarding Airport Services or other services is provided or published by the relevant Service Provider. The concerned Service Provider shall be fully and solely responsible for the accuracy and relevance of the Information about the Airport Services, including, but not limited to: for updating all prices, availability of Airport Services, conditions of booking cancellation, conditions of the Service Provider’s denial to provide services and/or the User’s refusal to receive Services, chargeback policy and other information about the Airport Services available for booking through the 91AirportAssist Service without any recourse to 91AirportAssist in any manner howsoever/whatsoever. 91AirportAssist does not and cannot guarantee the correctness/accuracy/completeness of any information about any Airport Services published by any of the Service Providers and is not responsible for the verification of the information about Airport Services made available by Service Providers on its website / web portal / App or any other source of communication direct or indirect.
2.6. Any information displayed on the website/web portal/or any other applications of 91AirportAssist is not and should not be construed as a recommendation or approval of 91AirportAssist of any Service Provider or any Airport Services. Users are advised to exercise their own due diligence and discretion whilst availing of any Airport Services or choosing a Service Provider.
2.7. To complete the booking, you must pay the entire cost with applicable GST/taxes of the Airport Services as mentioned in our website / web portal / App or direct/indirect booking through phone / email / or any other source.
2.8. By booking, you confirm that you have read and unconditionally agree with the rules for booking and providing Airport Services, all the related terms and conditions.
2.9. By booking, you also agree to receive additional information about the Airport Services booked, as well as information about our special offers and other promotional emails (in accordance with our privacy policy) unless You have specifically chosen to opt out from their receipt.
2.10. At the time of booking, you also agree to share all relevant information about the passengers who wish to avail the Airport Services – passenger name/s, details such as adult/child/infant, personal contact numbers, email IDs, PNR, DOB, Class of Booking Passport Copy and details of services chosen, airports where in the services availed, and all other information which is required to create/confirm the booking. You shall remain liable for the legitimacy/accuracy of all such personal information provided. You and all other passengers for whom the Airport Services also agree and consent that 91AirportAssist may share the relevant personal information of any or all of the passengers to the service providers at various airports to book/confirm services for the passengers. For this purpose 91AirportAssist shall assume that You have the relevant consent and authority from all the passengers availing services through your RPA.
2.11. Passengers who booked Meet and Greet services and other service through 91AirportAssist web portal or App or through 91AirportAssist office directly or through phone or other mode of communication, must ensure that payments are made in advance and confirmation taken .
Also, passengers hereby acknowledge and confirm that the services are provided by various Service Providers and 91AirportAssist is not responsible for any rejection or removal or refusal of any services by the Service Providers. For this purpose, 91AirportAssist shall assume that You have the relevant consent and authority from all the passengers’ availing services through your RPA.
2.12. All the products available for sale on our portal/ app are subject to availability at the respective airports from the concerned Service Provider. Customers are eligible only for the chosen/paid service as per the description of the service.
For group bookings more than 20 guests please reach to our sales support or reservations team at sales@91airportassist.com.
For group service, associates will be provided subject to the availability and will not be provided 1:1 for same date flight and time.
Bookings made within 8hrs to 24hrs prior to service time will be subject to levy of an additional surcharge of Rs 250/- to Rs.1500/- for domestic (India) travel and Rs. 1000/- to Rs. 2500/- for International (outside India) travel over and above the booking amount. Full rate will be charged for children aged two (2) years old or above.
2.7. Children aged twelve years (12) and below must be accompanied by an adult aged eighteen (18) and above.
2.8. The service booking is non-transferable and only those passengers for whom the booking has been done can avail the service.
2.9. The booking confirmation cannot be exchanged/redeemed for cash or any other promotional program or offers of 91AirportAssist.
- Cost of the Airport Services and the terms of payment
3.1. Unless otherwise expressly stated, all prices for Airport Services and other services listed on the 91AirportAssist portal / website / App or any other direct / indirect communication channel will be subject to all applicable taxes which shall be borne by the User in addition over and above the charges stated.
3.2. Bookers hereby acknowledge and agree that Service Providers and / or may, at their discretion, round up or down the price paid to Service Providers to the nearest whole number of the currency in which the price is expressed.
3.4. The booked Airport Services shall be fully prepaid during the booking process. The booking of the Airport Services and other services cannot be completed until full payment is made for such services. No service can be ensured unless full payment has been received.
3.5. 91AirportAssist, on behalf and at the expense of the Service Providers, provides Users with the opportunity to pay for the Airport Services and other services booked through the 91AirportAssist with the help of the Payment Operator, engaged by 91AirportAssist.
3.6. User can pay for the booked Airport Services and other services using a valid and legitimate operating bank card. When booking, each User must provide valid and correct payment details of a bank card to the Payment Operator, through which payment for the booked Services is made. Financial information will only be used to pay for booked Services. You confirm and warrant that you will provide the Payment Operator with the correct personal data and payment details. You acknowledge and agree that (for the avoidance of any doubts, in addition to these Terms), any payments for the booked Services may be subject to additional terms (as well as a privacy policy) established by the Payment Operator. Usage of unauthorised methods or unauthorised usage of cards/payment systems via 91AirportAssist is strictly prohibited and the User shall solely remain responsible for the entire costs/consequences/liabilities for the same.
3.7. 91AirportAssist disclaims any liability or responsibility towards system or internet failure resulting in debit of monies from a User’s bank account or card or any other reason which shall be a matter of dispute/resolution entirely between the User and the Payment Operator and/or Service Provider as the case may be.
- Booking confirmation
4.1. Within 24 hours after completing the booking and payment via 91AirportAssist website, portal, App or any other direct or indirect communication channel, You will receive a notification (to your email address) about whether Your booking has been confirmed by the Service Provider – in this case, based on the Service Provider’s SOPs, You may or may not be provided with a unique Booking ID.
- Receiving the Airport Services
5.1. In order to receive the booked Airport Services, the user must provide the Service Provider with a confirmatory mail or Booking ID/Service order Number and other supporting data or documents (for example, a valid passport, Boarding Pass, Air ticket) according to the requirements of each Provider posted in the information about the Airport Services.
5.2. Passengers must also ensure that they report for the service at the concerned airport at the designated place and scheduled time with all mandatory documents as per the guidelines of airport authorities, government agencies, airlines and the service providers which may be accessed from the public domain.

These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice at the sole discretion of 91AirportAssist.
By choosing our service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.
- Applicable Law
8.1. These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of India as currently applicable and as amended from time to time. These Terms, their interpretation and any disputes arising therefrom shall be resolved under the due process of law by the concerned courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India which courts shall exercise exclusive jurisdiction.
8.2. This version of the Terms shall be deemed to be effective from Oct 6, 2024.
Cancellation/ Rescheduling Policy
- Once the Booking Process is completed, the passenger will receive a booking reference number. In case of any change of plans, the RPA from which the booking was made can send an email to the booking and reservation team with applicable charges.
- It is hereby clarified that during the process of booking by Online Reservation Engine on our website, if there is any “transaction fee” which is charged by the bank issuing the credit/debit card, such charges shall be paid by the agent and 91AirportAssist shall have no liability to pay such transaction fee.
- Alternatively, Passenger(s) can send request on email or also call on the (24x7) Passenger(s) service support numbers of the 91AirportAssist (provided on the booking confirmation email) and get their bookings cancelled.
- Passengers can also write to us on our passenger support email address support@91airportassist.com. Our passenger support email will be operational 24 Hrs.
- The turnaround time and the cancellation fees for all such requests received during non-operational hours will be calculated from the start of operations the next working day only.
- For all confirmed bookings, cancellation/rescheduling must be performed within the prescribed deadline mentioned for respective Service Providers below, and is subject to payment of surcharge, plus any applicable local fees and/ or taxes:
- For any cancellation request should be sent to the booking / reservation team at least 24 hrs prior to service time and changes and cancellation are subject to terms & conditions of the class of booking made.
- For some packages rescheduling may be allowed within specific time. Rescheduling requests should be sent within such given specific time.

The above charges depend on and vary from Airport to Airport including the type of service booked.
- In addition to the cancellation charges levied by the Service Providers as mentioned above, 91AirportAssist will charge a cancellation fee of Rs. 200/- per person for each confirmed booking except when the cancellation charges are 100% of the booking amount. To calculate cancellation charges, the Booking Amount shall mean the total amount (Including taxes) paid at the time of booking the Service.
- For rescheduling, the concerned User has to pay rescheduling charges if applicable within timelines provided and which may vary from airport to airport.
- 91AirportAssist shall endeavour to process refund (if applicable), within 15 days from the date of cancellation of the Service and receipt of bank/credit card details.
- Rescheduling requests must be received at least 48 hours before the service time and are subject to availability.
- The turnaround time and the cancellation or rescheduling for all such requests received during non-operational hours will be calculated from the start of operations the next working day only.
- For all confirmed bookings, cancellation must be performed within the prescribed deadline mentioned for respective Service Providers below, and is subject to payment of surcharge, plus any applicable local fees and/ or taxes.
No refund will be made in case of the following:
- Inability to connect with the concerned passenger (in case their mobile is not reachable or passenger doesn’t respond to calls).
- Service Provider is unable to contact the passenger due to incorrect/incomplete/wrong information provided at the time of booking including about the travel and personal details of the passenger during the Booking Process.
- No-Shows. For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions a person will be considered to be a ‘No Show’ if he/she fails to report on time at the meeting point or the time of Airport Service as per the service confirmation voucher.
- Delayed/missed/cancelled flights.
- Late arrival at the airport which results in denied check-in or boarding by the airlines.
- In case of any misconduct or any unlawful or prohibited activity by any passenger.
Reschedule Policy
Option - 1
- For any rescheduling you can write to us on our passenger support email bookings@91airportassist.com Our passenger support email will be operational between 0900 – 1800 Hrs. (Monday to Saturday). Any email sent to our passenger support email address during non-operational hours will only be actioned upon the next working day.
Option – 2
- For any rescheduling you can request from your partner portal login, same option is available.
- For some packages rescheduling is allowed within a specific time as stated. Rescheduling requests should be sent within such specific time.
- Guests must share the revised itinerary within 48 hours of the rescheduling request.
- All rescheduling requests are subject to availability.
- No refund will be made in case of No-Show or cancellation of flight by airlines.
- Any request received for rescheduling shall be subject to charges which will be applicable and vary from airport to airport.
- Rescheduling can be done subject to the policy of the concerned airport and which varies from airport to airport.
- Rescheduling can be done with additional cost and depends at the time of receiving the request.

Please read the policy, terms & conditions of the use of 91AIRPORTASSIST Luxury car services carefully before registering, using, accessing, or doing business with us. By continuing to browse and accessing the 91AIRPORTASSIST Luxury car website/application or any other feature collectively from our website, You agree to comply with and adhere to/ be restrained by our terms and conditions and policy. If you disagree with any statement on our website, we request you not to use our website, 91Airportassist.
GENERAL CONDITIONS -
The company has access to a good collection of cars (including the latest and old generations). The company positions its best effort into sending users the latest editions based on availability and does not guarantee new models constantly.
All cars carry comprehensive insurance & 24/7 Roadside assistance is provided
Full payment is required upfront for confirmation of services and we do not accept anything in the form of cash.
The Users are requested to provide details of the preferred car models if they have any specific requirements through calls to explore the serviceability.
All cars are in the best possible condition.
These terms and condition shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of India as currently applicable and as amended from time to time. These terms, their interpretation and any disputes arising therefrom shall be resolved under the due process of law by the concerned courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India which courts shall exercise exclusive jurisdiction.
91AIRPORTASSIST shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage, however caused or suffered by the User arising out of the use of the Services or due to the failure of a Service Provider accessed through 91AIRPORTASSIST’s failure to provide the Services at all, for any reason whatsoever whether or not beyond the control of 91AIRPORTASSIST.
Since 91AIRPORTASSIST Luxury is an online company/platform, the technical teams of the company may conduct online tests. During such times the values/ prices/ details of the fleet may be completely different from the actual ones. In such cases, if there is any booking made by the customer on such a fleet will be cancelled immediately with a complete refund.
CHAUFFEUR DRIVEN CARS -
In order to use the services of 91AIRPORTASSIST Luxury, Users are bound to follow some terms or expressions documented below.
- The Customer shall bear all Tolls, Taxes, and Parking Fees.
- All distance and time are calculated from Garage to Garage.
- All Bookings must be made on the Website/App/Reservation based on the journey as well as the type of car preferred.
- Any variations to the journey that involve extra time or mileage may be subject to additional charges.
- Airport transfers are not part of the outstation/local trips. Please verify with us if you are planning an airport pickup/Drop off service.
- Airport transfers are limited to city limits only and a maximum of 40 km from/to a particular city's airport.
- Unless specified at the time of booking, we may not automatically be able to accommodate additional pickups or drop-offs for any journey. However, every effort will be made to meet such requirements.
- Client has to clear all the balance dues within 3 days for the excess KM / Hour or extra charges
- Any damages to the vehicle, either temporary or permanent, done by the customer will be fully reimbursed by the customer to the extent that the vehicle is fully back up into operation.
- Prices are calculated based on the destination discussed at the time of booking. Any changes need to be shared with us, and they might impact the prices and other RTO regulations.
- Our chauffeurs will drive cars as per the legal RTO regulations put forth in each city with respect to speed, routes, and style of driving.
- Influencing the chauffeur to drive rashly, at high speed, or abusing our chauffeurs in any way is strictly prohibited. All complaints must be directed to 91AIRPORTASSIST at any point in time before, during, or after the journey.
- Adding more passengers than the legal limit is strictly not allowed, and the vehicle will simply return to the garage in such cases without any refund.
- Our chauffeurs will have full authority to deny boarding to customers in case of any customer or any of his/her companions being under the influence of alcohol, drugs or any other intoxicants or carrying, food, and drink or any other potential hazards to the safety and features of the vehicle or journey. In such a case the chauffer may simply return to our office without being required to inform us in such cases.
- Carrying illegal Firearms, ammunition, drugs, or any other illegal activities is prohibited, and the journey shall be discontinued without any further notice.
- Should be of minimum 18 years and above. - Children below the age of 18 are not permitted to travel alone and must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- If the passenger does not appear and make contact with our driver at the booked time and the designated pickup point, we reserve the right to make a full charge for the journey.
- All of our chauffeurs are COVID-19 vaccinated and have been trained on professional etiquette and standards of customer interaction.
- The customer will be responsible for any damage that may occur to the car or chauffeur if they influence the chauffeur to drive/do things that are not in the purview of the agreed plan/trip/contract.
- Replacement Vehicles shall be provided within city limits only (Subject to the availability of similar segments in the city). This is only for such cases where a Vehicle develops mechanical error and restrains the User from its use. In a case where a Vehicle develops such an error outside the city limit, a replacement Vehicle will not be provided, and an amount equivalent to the agreed rental will be charged. Company decisions related to replacement vehicles will be final.

REPLACEMENT OF VEHICLE -
Replacement vehicles can be made available only within city limits (Subject to the availability of similar segments in the city). In case of mechanical errors in the vehicle, the Users will be restrained from using the vehicle. In the occurrence of such errors outside the city limit, a replacement vehicle will not be provided, and the User will be charged an amount equivalent to the agreed rental. The company has the sole authority to make final decisions regarding replacement vehicles.
INDEMNITY -
You understand the policies and services available in 91Airportassist result in penalty charges for the services or/and goods you receive from 91AIRPORTASSIST Luxury. You, hereby, release and agree to indemnify 91AIRPORTASSIST from and against any liability for loss or for damage to any property (including costs relating thereto) left, stored, or transported by You and/or any third person accompanying You in the Vehicle before or after the return of the Vehicle.
The User will be solely responsible for any costs and consequences he/she incurs for and shall keep 91AIRPORTASSIST fully indemnified against any loss, theft, damage, costs, accident, or injury (including death) to persons or property, including loss, theft, damage, accident of the Vehicle, accruing in connection with the Vehicle or as a result of the negligent use thereof and against any breach of obligation by the User of the Vehicle.
The User shall keep 91AIRPORTASSIST fully indemnified (including our officials, directors, employees, shareholders, and affiliates) against all casualties, liabilities, costs, actions, claims, any forfeitures or penalties levied (Losses) in respect of these Terms and Conditions or occurring out of or in connection with use of the Vehicle including Losses on account of any third party liability, damage to the vehicle, accidents, illegal use of the Vehicle, misrepresentation or breach of its obligations by the User.
Subject to the matter of respect of the Vehicle for any of the offenses committed under the applicable law and for any liability with respect to the use of the Vehicle including but not limited to any challans, penalties, third party liability, accidents, and the User shall indemnify against any losses, damages, costs, and liabilities, etc., the User shall be accountable/liable under the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988.
DISCLAIMER-
The User acknowledges that he/she is completely liable for the risks associated with the services provided by 91AIRPORTASSIST. 91AIRPORTASSIST does not make any representation or guarantee regarding the condition, truthfulness, quality, merchantability, or fitness of services provided including by a vehicle provider.
Under no circumstance 91AIRPORTASSIST shall be responsible or liable for any loss or damage, however, caused or suffered by the User arising out of the use of the services or due to 91AIRPORTASSIST's failure to provide the services at all, for any reason whatsoever, whether or not beyond the control of 91AIRPORTASSIST.
